AHB: Branding + marketing work

The situation:

Albuquerque Hearing and Balance started as a successful one-woman practice for Carol L. Clifford in 1998 and has grown into New Mexico’s most significant private audiology group. Hearing loss is one of the most common health conditions in the US. The audiologists at AHB craft custom solutions for patients ranging from newborns to age 104. When a patient is fitted with the proper device, and their ears are opened, it can be pretty emotional. AHB was not happy with its branding. It didn’t represent the high level of service and expertise and fell short of expressing the quality the hospital provides to every patient.

The execution:

We created a new branding strategy to help move the company forward and provide a refined communications plan and fresh look that could easily be worked within for internal marketing staff. The project included a new identity, style guides, print materials, a site, and social media.
